The project «Development of the Transport Infrastructure of the Atyrau Oil Refinery» is being implemented jointly with LLP «Atyrau Oil Refinery» as part of a set of measures to modernize the Atyrau Oil Refinery in accordance with the state program for accelerated industrial-innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
